Charles McPhee

Executive Vice President

 Charles McPhee, Executive Vice President of Catellus Development Corporation, is responsible for sourcing and pursuing acquisition opportunities.

Prior to returning to Catellus, Mr. McPhee was a Managing Director with the Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets group where he focused on industrial investment sales and equity recapitalization for institutional, corporate, and private real estate owners in the Western United States.

Previously, Mr. McPhee was a Senior Vice President of Development at Macerich, where he oversaw development and redevelopment activities in the Arizona (Westcor) Portfolio. He also oversaw all redevelopment activities associated with Macerich’s 11 regional malls in Arizona including the $100 million expansion of Scottsdale Fashion Square. Prior to joining Macerich, Mr. McPhee was a Senior Vice President at AIMCO and responsible for redeveloping the 33-acre Lincoln Place Project in Venice Beach, California. The project encompassed 700 apartment units and challenging issues.

Prior to AIMCO he was Executive Vice President at Catellus Development Corporation throughout its merger with ProLogis. Mr. McPhee managed a portfolio that included 10 million square feet of Industrial and Commercial space and 10 million square feet of developable FAR.

Mr. McPhee is a graduate of Santa Clara Univeristy. He is an active member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks and the Urban Land Institute.
