Gregory Moore

First Vice President

Gregory Moore, First Vice President of Catellus Development Corporation, is responsible for overseeing property and asset management operations for Catellus’ portfolio of real estate assets in the United States. Mr. Moore joined Catellus in 2005 and facilitated the integration of operations following the company’s merger with ProLogis in 2005, and again in TPG Capital’s purchase of Catellus’ mixed-use and retail assets in 2011.

Mr. Moore has been responsible for new project development, leasing and oversight of a multi-million-square-foot portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. He began his career in real estate in 1989 with The Hahn Company/TrizecHahn, one of the nation’s largest developers of regional and super-regional shopping centers. During this time he gained extensive experience in the management, leasing and construction of a number of high-profile retail projects throughout the country and earned several company awards for management and leasing achievement. Mr. Moore then joined Crosspoint Realty Services where he was responsible for overseeing a 2-million-square-foot portfolio of retail and office projects in northern California.

Mr. Moore attended San Diego State University majoring in political science and economics, and he holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
