Gregory J. Weaver, Executive Vice President of Catellus Development Corporation, is responsible for acquisition, development and disposition activities of various public / private projects throughout the United States. He currently oversees the Mueller airport redevelopment, a 700-acre mixed-use development in Austin, Texas; The District at ASU, the 355-acre redevelopment of the Arizona State University Athletic Facilities District; Prairie Glen Corporate Center, a 92-acre corporate campus (part of the 1,200-acre Glenview Naval Air Station redevelopment in Glenview, Illinois); Willow Grove Naval Air-Station a 862 acre redevelopment in Horsham, Pennsylvania and CirclePoint Corporate Center, a 65-acre, 1.3-million-square-foot office project in Westminster, Colorado.
Mr. Weaver is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) locally and nationally. He currently is the Governance chair and past President of the Austin District Council and is a member on the CDC Green Product Council. Additionally Mr. Weaver is a board member of the Austin Parks Foundation, the Mueller Foundation and serves on the Executive Leadership team for the Austin Heart walk a program of the American Heart Association.
Mr. Weaver joined Catellus in 2000. Under the ownership of ProLogis, Mr Weaver was a Managing Director and President of Catellus Development Group, ProLogis mixed-use division. Mr. Weaver began his career with CBRE and joined Cornish & Carey as a founding partner in their Oakland/East Bay office. He earned a degree in business from the University of San Diego in 1992.
