Prairie Glen Corporate Campus

Prairie Glen Corporate Campus at The Glen is a 92-acre business park and part of a 1,000-acre master-planned community created during the redevelopment of the former Glenview Naval Air Station. The development, situated on prime property on Chicago’s North Shore, with nearby access to Interstates 94 and 294, is home to corporate headquarters and a 32-acre preserved prairie grassland.

The project is a high-end corporate campus with a mix of offices and flex buildings. Catellus was responsible for the complete planning and development of the Prairie Glen Corporate Campus. The Glen’s Town Center is a $250 million, pedestrian-oriented environment with shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues and open space with two world-class golf courses and a children’s museum.
