Todd Schefler
Executive Vice President–Development

Todd Schefler, Executive Vice President of Catellus Development Corporation, is responsible for acquisition and development activities in the eastern United States, including the redevelopment of Teterboro Landing, a 62-acre, mixed-use development adjacent to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.
Prior to that, Mr. Schefler served as Senior Vice President – Regional Director of Development for the northeast United States for Catellus during ProLogis’ ownership.
Prior to joining Catellus, Mr. Schefler worked at Tarragon Corporation in New York as President and Chief Development Officer. He spent eight years at Tarragon, and during his tenure the development division completed over $500 million of development and created a $1 billion-plus development pipeline that included retail, residential and office product in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
Prior to Tarragon, Mr. Schefler worked for Burroughs Development in Paramus, New Jersey, the Real Estate Merchant and Investment Banking Division for Chemical Bank in New York and the Real Estate Acquisitions Group for Integrated Resources in New York. He began his real estate career at Williams Real Estate in New York in 1986.
Mr. Schefler received a bachelor of arts degree in natural science and astrophysics from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.
