Catellus Signs with Home Depot in Texas November 2007 Catellus, a business unit of ProLogis (NYSE:PLD) specializing in mixed-use development, announced that it will develop a 148,000-square-foot retail center for The Home Depot at the Mueller airport project in Austin, Texas.

Seton Adds to Vitality of Mueller as New Headquarters Breaks Ground November 2007 Catellus Development Group officially broke ground on November 14, 2007, on the Seton Family of Hospitals’ new headquarters at Mueller during a ceremony held near the site of Mueller’s future town center. Bringing Central Texas’ largest healthcare provider and second largest private employer to an area of the city that has been historically underutilized, Seton’s relocation to the mixed-use community in Central Austin marks an important milestone for business in Austin.

Energy Off-the-Grid in Austin; New Plant Powers Hospital and Majority of Phase I Development October 2007 Mueller, a Catellus development in Austin, Texas, is home to the newest technology available in efficient and environmentally friendly power generation. The hospital system and Austin Energy collaborated on a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) facility, which is providing power for the Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas and many Phase I facilities at Mueller.

Catellus plans to complete construction and landscaping on a four-acre parcel of land situated on the north side of China Basin Channel. The park is part of the Mission Bay development.
