Catellus has 40 years of experience in the redevelopment of former military bases, airports, university campuses, and industrial sites across the nation. The company has a long history of working with government agencies, municipalities, and local communities across the country to plan and revitalize land, with distinct expertise in infrastructure and brownfield development. Together, QL and Catellus will enable the delivery of the master-planned data center community, Quantum Frederick, and the 40+/- mile network, QLoop.
