Ascension Seton Administrative Building

Ascension Seton, which operates a network of 13 hospitals serving 2 million people in Central Texas, relocated its headquarters. The Administrative building joined Ascension Setons’ Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas in Mueller. The building includes Ascension Seton’s administrative, human resources, legal services, communications, marketing, and planning departments. As one of the largest private employers in Central Texas, the relocation to Mueller makes it one of the first major companies in Austin with headquarters east of I-35.

Construction began in 2007 and was completed in 2008 with the facility obtaining a U.S. Green Building Council LEED®-Silver certification.

The building includes an attached parking structure with two and a half levels of underground parking and six above-ground levels. The garage is lined by 34 condos – the Greenway Lofts – overlooking Mueller’s Northwest Greenway Park.
