Timnath Lakes

Timnath Lakes, formerly known as Timnath Landing, is a new 500-acre development project located in the Town of Timnath north of Harmony Road and east of Main Street. The project is five minutes from a major employment hub and 15 minutes from downtown Fort Collins and Colorado State University. Timnath is planned for 1,400 residences, 130 acres of open space, seven miles of recreational trails, four lakes, a community garden and a community clubhouse.
